We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00–17:00.

Yes! At our location, you can perform printouts and photocopies in color or black and white. We print and copy up to the format A3 in office, and larger formats are completed within a few days. You can deliver your files to USB flash drive, send by email or via the INDYGO app.

The current price list is available on site, in the office. You can also talk to our assistant Halina the Owl, who can provide approximate prices for services.

Yes, you can pay cash, card, or BLIK.

Please prepare the file according to the following guidelines:

Classic or refined business cards:

  • Files should preferably be delivered in the following format vector: .cdr, .ai, .pdf.
    .jpg files are also acceptable saved in color CMYK.
  • Size after cutting: 90 × 50 mm or 85 × 54 mm.
    Print file size (with bleeds): 94 × 54 mm or 89 × 58 mm, respectively.
  • Colors: CMYK (not RGB).
  • All the texts should be converted into curves.
  • Internal margin: minimum 3 mm from the edge of the cut.
  • Bleeds: 2 mm on each side.
  • Bitmaps: minimum resolution 300 DPI.
  • Tonal transitions should be converted to bitmaps to avoid differences in printing.
  • Masks with enhancements on separate pages, where color black (K) has a value of 100%.


Classic or folded leaflets:

  • Files should preferably be delivered in the following format vector: .cdr, .ai, .pdf.
    .jpg files are also acceptable saved in color CMYK.
  • Size after cutting: A6 (105 × 148 mm), A5 (148 × 210 mm), A4 (210 × 297 mm), DL (99 × 210 mm), or a custom size.
  • Colors: CMYK (not RGB).
  • All the texts should be converted into curves.
  • Internal margin: minimum 3 mm from the edge of the cut.
  • Bleeds: 2 mm on each side.
  • Bitmaps: minimum resolution 300 DPI.
  • Tonal transitions should be converted to bitmaps to avoid differences in printing.


Banners with eyelets, PVC and Dibond boards:

  • Files should preferably be delivered in the following format vector: .cdr, .ai, .pdf.
    High-resolution .jpg or .tiff files are also acceptable saved in color CMYK.
  • Size: as ordered (scale 1:1).
  • Colors: CMYK (not RGB).
  • All the texts should be converted into curves.
  • Internal margin: minimum 5 mm from the edge of the cut.
  • Bitmaps: minimum resolution 300 DPI.
  • Tonal transitions should be converted to bitmaps to avoid differences in printing.

When paying for purchases (over PLN 100), you must scan INDYGO card available in the application (section "My Account").
