Polityka okre\u015bla zasady przetwarzania danych osobowych u\u017cytkownik\u00f3w aplikacji INDYGO (dalej: \u201eAplikacja&#8221;), dost\u0119pnej jako natywna aplikacja iOS (App Store), natywna aplikacja Android (Google Play) oraz w ograniczonej wersji webowej pod adresem <a href=\"https:\/\/app.reklamaindygo.pl\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/app.reklamaindygo.pl\/<\/a>.<\/p><p>1.2. Administratorem danych jest INDYGO Tomasz Pajdak, ul. Liliowa 1A, Jelcz-Laskowice, NIP: 9121927634 (dalej: \u201eOperator&#8221; lub \u201eAdministrator&#8221;).<\/p><p>1.3. Dane przetwarzane s\u0105 zgodnie z obowi\u0105zuj\u0105cym prawem, w tym Rozporz\u0105dzeniem Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016\/679 (RODO).<\/p><h5><b>2. Zakres i cel przetwarzania danych<\/b><\/h5><p>2.1. Operator mo\u017ce przetwarza\u0107 nast\u0119puj\u0105ce dane U\u017cytkownik\u00f3w: imi\u0119, adres e-mail, numer telefonu, adres IP, logi aktywno\u015bci, ustawienia profilu (awatar, zmienione imi\u0119), <b>dane zwi\u0105zane z u\u017cyciem Karty INDYGO (historia skanowania kod\u00f3w QR)<\/b>, dane zwi\u0105zane z zam\u00f3wieniami (status zam\u00f3wie\u0144 powi\u0105zanych z adresem e-mail U\u017cytkownika) <b>oraz tokeny urz\u0105dze\u0144 s\u0142u\u017c\u0105ce do obs\u0142ugi powiadomie\u0144 push<\/b>.<\/p><p>2.2. Dane przetwarzane s\u0105 w celu:<\/p><ul><li><p>utworzenia i zarz\u0105dzania kontem,<\/p><\/li><li><p>realizacji us\u0142ug w Aplikacji <b>(w tym automatycznej obs\u0142ugi programu lojalno\u015bciowego)<\/b>,<\/p><\/li><li><p>obs\u0142ugi systemu zam\u00f3wie\u0144, w tym zam\u00f3wie\u0144 z\u0142o\u017conych przez stron\u0119 internetow\u0105, aplikacje mobilne oraz zam\u00f3wie\u0144 fizycznych wprowadzonych do systemu przez Operatora,<\/p><\/li><li><p>wysy\u0142ania powiadomie\u0144 push dotycz\u0105cych statusu zam\u00f3wie\u0144 oraz komunikat\u00f3w operacyjnych firmy (przy wyra\u017ceniu zgody przez U\u017cytkownika),<\/p><\/li><li><p>obs\u0142ugi zg\u0142osze\u0144 U\u017cytkownik\u00f3w,<\/p><\/li><li><p>zapewnienia bezpiecze\u0144stwa Aplikacji,<\/p><\/li><li><p>analizy statystycznej i ulepszania Aplikacji,<\/p><\/li><li><p>wysy\u0142ki informacji marketingowych (tylko za zgod\u0105 U\u017cytkownika).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h5><b>3. Prawa u\u017cytkownika<\/b><\/h5><p>3.1. U\u017cytkownik ma prawo do:<\/p><ul><li><p>dost\u0119pu do swoich danych,<\/p><\/li><li><p>sprostowania danych,<\/p><\/li><li><p>usuni\u0119cia danych,<\/p><\/li><li><p>ograniczenia przetwarzania,<\/p><\/li><li><p>przenoszenia danych,<\/p><\/li><li><p>sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania,<\/p><\/li><li><p>wycofania zgody na powiadomienia push w dowolnym momencie (poprzez ustawienia urz\u0105dzenia),<\/p><\/li><li><p>wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>3.2. Dane mog\u0105 by\u0107 udost\u0119pniane wsp\u00f3\u0142pracuj\u0105cym podmiotom (dostawcom IT, operatorom p\u0142atno\u015bci, <b>dostawcom us\u0142ug powiadomie\u0144 push \u2013 Apple APNs, Google FCM<\/b>) w zakresie niezb\u0119dnym do realizacji us\u0142ug.<\/p><p>4.2. Przekazywanie danych poza Europejski Obszar Gospodarczy (EOG) mo\u017cliwe tylko przy zapewnieniu odpowiedniego poziomu ochrony danych.<\/p><h5><b>5. Okres przechowywania danych<\/b><\/h5><p>5.1. Dane przechowywane s\u0105:<\/p><ul><li><p>przez czas trwania umowy z U\u017cytkownikiem,<\/p><\/li><li><p>przez okres wymagany przepisami prawa,<\/p><\/li><li><p>do momentu wycofania zgody (je\u015bli dane przetwarzane s\u0105 na podstawie zgody),<\/p><\/li><li><p>tokeny powiadomie\u0144 push \u2013 do momentu wy\u0142\u0105czenia powiadomie\u0144 przez U\u017cytkownika lub usuni\u0119cia konta.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h5><b>6. Pliki cookies i technologie \u015bledz\u0105ce<\/b><\/h5><p>6.1. Aplikacja mo\u017ce wykorzystywa\u0107 cookies i technologie \u015bledz\u0105ce w celu poprawy dzia\u0142ania i analizy ruchu.<\/p><p>6.2. U\u017cytkownik mo\u017ce zarz\u0105dza\u0107 ustawieniami cookies w przegl\u0105darce (dotyczy wersji webowej).<\/p><p>6.3. Dane o pobraniu aplikacji i korzystaniu z programu lojalno\u015bciowego wykorzystywane s\u0105 tylko do przyznania nagrody.<\/p><h5><b>7. Powiadomienia push<\/b><\/h5><p>7.1. Aplikacje mobilne (iOS i Android) mog\u0105 wysy\u0142a\u0107 powiadomienia push za po\u015brednictwem us\u0142ug Apple APNs oraz Google FCM. W tym celu na urz\u0105dzeniu U\u017cytkownika przechowywany jest token urz\u0105dzenia.<\/p><p>7.2. Token urz\u0105dzenia nie jest dan\u0105 osobow\u0105 identyfikuj\u0105c\u0105 bezpo\u015brednio osob\u0119 i s\u0142u\u017cy wy\u0142\u0105cznie do dostarczania powiadomie\u0144 na konkretne urz\u0105dzenie.<\/p><p>7.3. U\u017cytkownik mo\u017ce w dowolnym momencie wy\u0142\u0105czy\u0107 powiadomienia push w ustawieniach systemu operacyjnego urz\u0105dzenia, co skutkuje zaprzestaniem ich wysy\u0142ania.<\/p><h5><b>8. Cyfrowe portfele (Apple Wallet \/ Google Wallet)<\/b><\/h5><p>8.1. U\u017cytkownicy mog\u0105 doda\u0107 Kart\u0119 INDYGO do Apple Wallet (iOS) lub Google Wallet (Android). Karta przechowywana jest lokalnie na urz\u0105dzeniu U\u017cytkownika oraz w infrastrukturze odpowiednich us\u0142ug Apple lub Google, zgodnie z ich politykami prywatno\u015bci.<\/p><p>8.2. Operator nie przetwarza dodatkowych danych osobowych w zwi\u0105zku z dodaniem karty do cyfrowego portfela, poza danymi ju\u017c zgromadzonymi na Koncie U\u017cytkownika.<\/p><h5><b>9. Udost\u0119pnianie plik\u00f3w z innych aplikacji<\/b><\/h5><p>9.1. W przypadku udost\u0119pnienia pliku do Aplikacji INDYGO z innej aplikacji na urz\u0105dzeniu mobilnym, plik ten jest tymczasowo przetwarzany wy\u0142\u0105cznie w celu jego do\u0142\u0105czenia do formularza wysy\u0142ki plik\u00f3w. Operator nie przechowuje udost\u0119pnionych plik\u00f3w poza standardowym procesem realizacji zlecenia.<\/p><h5><b>10. Funkcje Beta i Publiczne Testy<\/b><\/h5><p>10.1. Dane zbierane podczas korzystania z funkcji oznaczonych jako Beta lub w ramach uczestnictwa w Publicznych Testach aplikacji mog\u0105 by\u0107 wykorzystywane przez Operatora wy\u0142\u0105cznie w celu analizy i poprawy jako\u015bci Aplikacji.<\/p><p>10.2. Uczestnictwo w Publicznych Testach jest dobrowolne. U\u017cytkownik mo\u017ce zrezygnowa\u0107 z uczestnictwa w ka\u017cdym momencie.<\/p><h5><b>11. Zmiany polityki prywatno\u015bci<\/b><\/h5><p>11.1. Operator mo\u017ce wprowadza\u0107 zmiany w Polityce Prywatno\u015bci. U\u017cytkownicy b\u0119d\u0105 informowani zar\u00f3wno e-mailem, jak i poprzez Aplikacj\u0119.<\/p><hr \/><p><b><br \/>Last updated: May 10, 2026<\/b><\/p><h5><b>1. General Provisions<\/b><\/h5><p>1.1. This Privacy Policy defines the rules for processing personal data of users of the INDYGO app (the &#8220;App&#8221;), available as a native iOS app (App Store), a native Android app (Google Play), and in a limited web version at <a href=\"https:\/\/app.reklamaindygo.pl\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/app.reklamaindygo.pl\/<\/a>.<\/p><p>1.2. The data controller is INDYGO Tomasz Pajdak, ul. Liliowa 1A, Jelcz-Laskowice, NIP: 9121927634 (the &#8220;Operator&#8221; or &#8220;Administrator&#8221;).<\/p><p>1.3. Data is processed in accordance with applicable law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).<\/p><h5><b>2. Scope and Purpose<\/b><\/h5><p>2.1. Operator may process the following User data: name, email, phone, IP address, activity logs, profile settings (avatar, changed name), <b>data related to the use of the INDYGO Card (QR scanning history)<\/b>, order-related data (status of orders linked to the User&#8217;s email address), <b>and device tokens used for push notifications<\/b>.<\/p><p>2.2. Purposes:<\/p><ul><li><p>account creation and management,<\/p><\/li><li><p>provision of App services <b>(including automated loyalty program management)<\/b>,<\/p><\/li><li><p>order system management, including orders placed via the website, mobile apps, and in-person orders entered into the system by the Operator,<\/p><\/li><li><p>sending push notifications about order status and company operational messages (with User consent),<\/p><\/li><li><p>handling User inquiries,<\/p><\/li><li><p>ensuring App security,<\/p><\/li><li><p>statistical analysis and improvement of the App,<\/p><\/li><li><p>sending marketing information (only with User consent).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h5><b>3. User Rights<\/b><\/h5><p>3.1. Users have the right to:<\/p><ul><li><p>access their data,<\/p><\/li><li><p>rectify data,<\/p><\/li><li><p>delete data,<\/p><\/li><li><p>restrict processing,<\/p><\/li><li><p>data portability,<\/p><\/li><li><p>object to processing,<\/p><\/li><li><p>withdraw consent for push notifications at any time (via device settings),<\/p><\/li><li><p>lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>3.2. Data may be shared with cooperating entities (IT providers, payment operators, <b>push notification service providers \u2013 Apple APNs, Google FCM<\/b>) only as necessary to provide services.<\/p><p>4.2. Data transfer outside the European Economic Area (EEA) is allowed only with appropriate protection.<\/p><h5><b>5. Data Retention<\/b><\/h5><p>5.1. Data is kept:<\/p><ul><li><p>for the duration of the service agreement,<\/p><\/li><li><p>as required by law,<\/p><\/li><li><p>until consent is withdrawn (if processed based on consent),<\/p><\/li><li><p>push notification tokens \u2013 until the User disables notifications or deletes their account.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h5><b>6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies<\/b><\/h5><p>6.1. The App may use cookies and tracking technologies to improve operation and analyze traffic.<\/p><p>6.2. Users can manage cookie settings in their browser (applies to the web version).<\/p><p>6.3. Data regarding app download and loyalty program usage is used solely to grant rewards.<\/p><h5><b>7. Push Notifications<\/b><\/h5><p>7.1. Mobile apps (iOS and Android) may send push notifications via Apple APNs and Google FCM. A device token is stored on the User&#8217;s device for this purpose.<\/p><p>7.2. Device tokens do not directly identify a person and are used solely for delivering notifications to a specific device.<\/p><p>7.3. Users may disable push notifications at any time in their device&#8217;s operating system settings, which will stop their delivery.<\/p><h5><b>8. Digital Wallets (Apple Wallet \/ Google Wallet)<\/b><\/h5><p>8.1. Users may add their INDYGO Card to Apple Wallet (iOS) or Google Wallet (Android). The card is stored locally on the User&#8217;s device and within the Apple or Google infrastructure, subject to their respective privacy policies.<\/p><p>8.2. The Operator does not process additional personal data in connection with adding the card to a digital wallet beyond data already held in the User&#8217;s Account.<\/p><h5><b>9. File Sharing from Other Apps<\/b><\/h5><p>9.1. When a file is shared to the INDYGO App from another app on a mobile device, it is processed temporarily solely for the purpose of attaching it to the file submission form. The Operator does not retain shared files beyond the standard order fulfillment process.<\/p><h5><b>10. Beta Features and Public Testing<\/b><\/h5><p>10.1. Data collected during the use of Beta-labeled features or participation in Public Testing of app versions may be used by the Operator solely to analyze and improve App quality.<\/p><p>10.2. Participation in Public Testing is voluntary. Users may withdraw at any time.<\/p><h5><b>11. Policy Changes<\/b><\/h5><p>11.1. The Operator may update this Privacy Policy.
